Flagship Range Rover SV SUV opens for booking, Know features and other details

Jaguar Land Rover, the subsidiary of Tata Motors has opened the booking for its luxury SUV, the new Range Rover in India. The new Range Rover SV gets many customisations which include designed interior and themes. It is important to note that the Range Rover SUV was available in the global markets but was not available in the Indian market.

The new Range Rover SV SUV will be available in two versions- standard as well as long wheelbase. The SUV gets a five seat configuration for the Long Wheelbase version. The Range Rover SV SUV is powered by a brand new 4-litre Twin Turbo petrol engine. It can churn out maximum power of 523 hp and a peak torque of 750 Nm. Interested buyers also get the option for a 3.0 litre diesel engine that can produce 346 hp of maximum power and peak torque of 700 Nm.

When it comes to luxury the Range Rover SV has plenty of features to offer. Land Rover will prove an option to customise the SUV with an electrically deployable Club Table and an integrated refrigerator. In terms of entertainment, the SUV gets a 13.1-inch screen for rear passengers.

The SUV gets an upgrade in terms of its exterior as well. The SUV gets a five-bar grille as well as a new front bumper. The car manufacturer has taken the liberty to use sustainable wood, ceramics and other plated metals in the SUV. The wheels of the Range Rover SV measure 23 inches and can be availed in 12 different styles. The manufacturer has included Diamond Turned Dark Grey Gloss alloy wheels in its options.

The users can select from a range of colours (more than 10) for their Range Rover SV SUV. They can select a specific contrasting roof in either Narvik Black or Corinthian Bronze colour depending on the body colour.

It is expected that the prices of Range Rover SV is likely to be above more than Rs 3 crore at the time of its launch.
