Cyborg GT 120 electric bike launched in India, Offers a range of 180km, top speed  of 120 kmph

The two-wheeler electric vehicle market in India is constantly increasing. The latest electric motorcycle to enter the segment is Ignitron Motocorp’s Cyborg GT 120. Cyborg GT 120 is the third bike that is launched by the company in India. The bike gives an excellent range of 180km on a full charge while the top speed that can be achieved is 125kmph. The company is expected to reveal the price and delivery details of the Cyborg GT 120 in the upcoming month.

Battery

Cyborg GT 120 is powered by 4.68 kWh Lithium-ion battery that gives a range of 180km on a full charge. The top speed of the Cyborg GT 120 is 125kmph. The company claims that the bike delivers acceleration of 0-40 kmph in 2.5 seconds. The DC motor of the GT 120 can churn out 6kW of peak power.

The battery of the Cyborg GT 120 is fixed due to its size and weight. It is weather-proof and can withstand day-to-day water splashes or rain. It takes 4-5 hours to fully charge the battery with a 15 amp fast charger that is bundled along with it.

Some important features

Some of the important features that are present in the bike are Geo locate/Geo-fencing, battery status monitoring system, USB charging feature, Bluetooth connectivity, key-less ignition, and digital cluster.

Riding modes on the bike

There are three different riding modes available on the Cyborg GT 120 – Eco, Normal, and Sport. Some key features on the motorbike that can make an impact on your riding style are reverse mode, parking assist, etc. The suspension of the electric bike is handled by Telescopic Forks at the front and a fully-adjustable mono-shock at the rear.

Colour options

The Cyborg GT 120 can be availed in two colour options- Black and Dark Purple.

Other than the Cyborg GT 120, Ignitron Motocorp had launched other two bikes- Yoda and Bob-e. The Yoda is an electric cruiser bike that is powered by a 3.24 kWh Lithium-ion battery and offers 150km of range. The top speed that can be achieved by the bike is 90 kmph.

On the other hand, the Bob-e is powered by a 2.88 kWh Lithium-ion battery that gets a range of 110km on a full charge. The top speed that can be achieved on the bike is 85 kmph.
