New Royal Enfield Bullet 350 spotted testing for first time

Popular two-wheeler manufacturer, Royal Enfield recently reintroduced the Classic 350 with many new updates. Now, the company has been spotted testing the new generation Royal Enfield Bullet 350 for the first time.

Though there is no official announcement on its launch timeline, the new Royal Enfield Bullet 350 model is rumoured to be launched in the first half of 2023.

Expected features

According to the leaked spy images of the new test motorcycle, the company may pack it with rounded headlamp, curved fuel tank and triangular side cowls with rounded edges.

As it is said to be the updated version of the Bullet 350, we can expect to see some new design elements. The spy images have revealed that the next-generation Bullet will sport a newly-designed circular headlamp with chrome surrounding, new curved single piece seat and a tweaked taillamp.

The single piece seat is different from the traditional split seat design arrangement of the Classic 350. Moreover, it also looks different with better cushioning compared to the ribbed-pattern seat of the current Bullet 350.

The new Bullet 350 will underpin the new J-series platform that debuted on the RE Meteor 350. The new-gen Bullet 350 will also likely get the 349cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine paired to a 5-speed gearbox. The engine churns out a top power of 20.2bhp and 27Nm of torque.

The new 2022 Bullet 350 has also been spotted with a double-cradle frame with the engine as its stressed member. The upcoming bullet might sport the conventional telescopic forks and twin shock absorbers fitted at the front and rear axles respectively.

The new Bullet will have front disc and rear drum brakes along with the single-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system) in the breaking system.

The front and rear fenders of the motorcycle also look like restyled versions of those in the current-gen Bullet 350. The updated Bullet 350 seems to have rounded chrome-finished rearview mirrors and a taller handlebar.
