2022 TVS Radeon launched in India at Rs 59,925, Check new features of the motorcycle
The new TVS Radeon has been launched in India today. The 2022 TVS Radeon gets some upgrades over its predecessor and its price starts from Rs 59,925 (ex-showroom in Delhi). The new TVS Radeon gets some of the first in segment features. In the Indian market, the TVS Radeon is the competitor of the Splendor Plus in India.
The TVS Radeon gets a 109.7cc engine that produces a peak power of 8.4 PS at 7000 rpm. On the other hand, the 8.7 Nm torque is offered on the bike at 5000 rpm. The fuel tank of the bike is 10 litres and offers a mileage of more than 65 kmpl.
TVS Radeon is offered in four variants and the top variant goes up to Rs 71,966 (ex-showroom in Delhi). The editions of the motorcycle are base edition, dual-tone drum, dual-tone edition with ISG and ISS system, and dual-tone disc edition.
The Radeon offers a bunch of features that make it special in its price segment. The motorcycle gets a multi-color reverse LCD Cluster with Real-Time Mileage Indicator (RTMI). The other features which are offered on the bike’s digital cluster include a clock, service indicator, low battery indicator, top speed etc. Another important feature that is offered on the bike is the chrome finish on the mirrors as well as on the headlamps.
The ISG and ISS system that is offered on the motorcycle help save fuel during heavy traffic situations. During those situations, the engine automatically shuts down and helps save fuel.
Recently the Indian two-wheeler manufacturer had introduced a price hike on some of its popular models in India. The price hike has been implemented from June (this month) as a result of increasing raw material costs for production. TVS has hiked the prices for Apache as well as Raider. The price hike includes all models of TVS Apache (RTR 160 2V, RTR 1604V, 180, 200 4V, 310).
