2022 Maruti Brezza to launch in India on June 30, Top trims to offer Sunroof

The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is one of the most awaited SUVs in the Indian market. Maruti will be launching the new edition of Brezza on June 30 and it is expected to a big thing in the automobile market. The Maruti Brezza is one of the top-selling cars offered by the company and its popularity is quite visible on the Indian roads.

The new generation of the Brezza offers a lot of changes including a sunroof and other various features that make it different from the current generation.

Design

The design of the new Vitara Brezza shows that it will be more aggressive than the current generation of the SUV. The 2022 Maruti Brezza gets a new grille at the front, along with all-LED headlights that are slimmer than the current generation model. The bumpers of the car also get a design change. The Flux plates (at the front and rear) are similar to the current generation of the car.

The rear of the car gets slim wraparound LED tail lights along with BREZZA lettering below the Suzuki logo.

Interior

When it comes to the interior, the SUV will offer a 9-inch infotainment system, steering wheel with paddle shifters, multi-info display, six airbags, wireless charging, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, sunroof, etc.

The 2022 Maruti Brezza will be the first car by Maruti Suzuki in India that will get a sunroof. However, the sunroof feature is expected to be offered on the top trims only.

Engine

When it comes to engines, the new Brezza will get the same 1.5-litre four-cylinder naturally aspired petrol engine that is offered on the Ertiga as well as the new XL6. The engine offers 103 PS of maximum power while the peak torque is 136.8 Nm. The 1.5-litre engine gets a 5-speed manual gearbox as well as a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The current generation of Brezza offers a 4-speed automatic gearbox.

Price

The prices of the new Vitara Brezza will start from Rs 8 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. The current generation of Brezza starts from Rs 7.84 lakh (ex-showroom) in India.
