Airtel vs Jio vs BSNL: Cheapest broadband plans with unlimited data

Popular internet service providers like Jio, Airtel and BSNL also provide many affordable broadband plans with unlimited data at a high speed and other benefits.

Let us take a look at the most affordable broadband plans from Airtel, BSNL, and Jio.

 BSNL Rs 449 Broadband Plan

The government owned telco, BSNL’s most affordable broadband plan comes at a cost of Rs 449. The Rs 449 broadband plan offers an internet speed of 30 Mbps for a total of 3.3TB or 3300GB of data. After the data limit is exhausted, the internet speed decreases to 2 Mbps. This broadband plan has a validity of 30 days.

The BSNL Rs 449 plan also bundles unlimited free voice calls to any network. This entry-level broadband plan does not offer any OTT subscriptions.

Airtel Xstream Rs 499 Broadband Plan

Airtel’s cheapest broadband plan is priced at Rs 449 plan. Airtel Rs 499 plan comes with unlimited data at a speed of 40 Mbps, unlimited voice calling for both local and STD calls. It is valid for 30 days.

Unlike BSNL Rs 449 plan, this Airtel Xstream broadband plan offers free OTT subscriptions to Wynk Music, Shaw academy, Voot Basic, Eros Now, Hungama Play, Shemaroo M, and Ultra app. Subscribers will also get the Airtel Thanks benefit. They can also opt for Xstream Box with a free one month HD pack.

Jio Rs 399 Broadband Plan

The most affordable broadband plan from Reliance Jio is the Rs 399 plan. Like Airtel and BSNL, Jio also offers offers unlimited calling at a speed of 30 Mbps and unlimited internet benefits with this broadband plan. The JioFiber plan offers same download and upload speed.

The plan allows users to enjoy high-speed data at up to 3.3TB or 3300GB. After the data limit has reached the speed will decrease. Apart from this, users will get access to Jio services. It has a validity of 30 days. This Jio broadband plan does not offer any OTT subscriptions.

So, we can say that although Airtel’s broadband plan is a little expensive than the other two plans, it offers a higher data speed and more benefits than Jio and BSNL.
