2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350 colour options leaked; Check price, features, launch details

Popular two-wheeler manufacturer Royal Enfield is reportedly planning to launch its much awaited new generation Classic 350 on September 1, 2021 in India. The specification and feature details of the bike has recently got leaked through spy pictures ahead of its launch.

Now, the new-generation Classic 350 has been spotted with new colour schemes ahead of its launch.

The official launch of the motorcycle is around the corner and before that a video has been released on YouTube.

The video has been posted by Bullet Guru on his YouTube channel. In this video, vloggers talk about the new colors in which the RE Classic 350 has been spotted. In this video, the RE Classic 350 has been spotted in three different colour schemes.

It was seen in a Pearl White colour, which was previously seen on the Thunderbird X. In this colour scheme, the fuel tank is coloured white and all other panels are in glossy black colour. The engine gets a chrome finish while the steel rims gets a black coating.

The next color shown in the video is actually a mix of both green and blue. The RE Classic motorcycle 350 was also seen in a Army brown colour in the video.

The video clip also shows the new instrument cluster and switches mounted on the motorcycle.

The Classic 350 is expected to come with major technology updates and updated exterior design as well.

As per the previous leaked reports, the new-generation Classic 350 is designed and developed on the J platform, which was also used in the Meteor 350.

The new Classic 350 is said to have a similar powertrain as the cruiser. The earlier spy shots also showed the bike with a twin cradle chassis. The tw0 wheeler will have a 13-litre capacity fuel tank.

Engine and power

The new Classic 350 gets a 348cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which generates 20.2 bhp of power at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm torque at 4,000 rpm. The bike will also get a new 5-speed gearbox in it.

The new 2021 Classic 350 will come with LED lights instead of Halogen lights which are seen in the current model.

According to the report, this bike has been built on a twin downtube frame instead of a single downtube frame. With this the handling and performance of the bike will become better than before.

To lower the vibration in the bike, the company is likely to add a Balancer shaft to the new generation bike so that riders will have a better riding experience.

Apart from the new dual cradle chassis, the new-gen Classic 350 gets 300 mm front disc brake with twin piston floating calipers and 270 mm rear disc brake with single piston floating caliper.

The new new Classic 350 may get a dual-channel ABS system which will improve the safety of the bike.

Design And Feature

The new model motorcycle will retaining the overall silhouette of the existing model except for a few subtle changes. However, it will witness a significant update in its instrument cluster.

The new bike will gets retro-styled circular headlamps with chrome bezels, fuel tank in tear drop shape, round shape rear view mirrors, chrome-plated exhaust (silencer) and attractive fenders.

The video shows the side panels and fuel tank of the bike have C-shaped graphics, while new strips have been given in the fenders.

The spy shots has revealed that the new model will get a semi-digital console with a circular theme along with a large analogue dial for the speedometer, and a small digital screen with other read-outs, including fuel gauge, odometer, etc.

Tipper Navigation System

The previous leaks have also revealed that it will have RE’s new Tripper Navigation system. Royal Enfield’s Tipper Navigation System is useful for adventure riding lovers as it shows turn-by-turn navigation when connected to a smartphone via the app.

Tripper Navigation will be connected to Google, so that the rider can easily go to any unknown place without losing the way. It will continue to work even when the rider’s smartphone has a network signal problem in it.

Knob Style Ignition

The company could offer a knob style ignition switch in the 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350. The knob of the ignition switch can be turned on or off with the help of the thumb.

Price

The new Royal Enfield Clasiic 350 is expected to have a starting price price around Rs 1.85 lakh and go up to Rs 2.20 lakh (ex-showroom). The bike will competes with the likes of Honda H’Ness CB350 and Jawa.
