Vespa has introduced a new limited-edition 946 Dragon scooter to commemorate Chinese New Year. The special edition Vespa scooter comes in a emerald green colour with a special dragon livery beneath its headlamp and its side profiles.
The automobile maker has also unveiled a customized jacket that the same dragon patterning as the scooter. The company will be selling only a limited number of 1888 units worldwide.
The new limited edition Vespa 946 scooter has rides on 12-inch tyres on both ends and has a preload adjustable monoshock at the rear and a single arm with a coil spring at the front. For the breaking system, the scooter gets 220 mm disc brakes at front and rear with a dual-channel ABS system. The scooter features an 8-litre fuel tank.
The company offers two powertrain options with the scooter -a 125 cc engine and a 150 cc engine.
The price details of the scooter has not been revealed yet. Bugt, we expect it to be priced costlier like the other special-edition models of the company.
Earlier, Vespa has unveiled special-edition scooter such as the 946 Emporio Armani Edition with a price tag of Rs 12.04 lakh and the Justin Bieber edition, which is priced at 6.46 lakh in India.
