TVS has introduced the Special Edition of the TVS Apache RTR 200 in Columbia. The company has introduced a new colour variant in the Racing Edition of the motorcycle. The company has also taken the liberty to add some additional equipment to the motorcycle. However, from the core, the motorcycle remains the same as the standard model.
What’s new?
The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V gets a new colour option in the form of a California Gray colour scheme. This means that the motorcycle gets a colour theme of grey and black elements. There is also a presence of red highlights on the motorcycle. Grey colour is present on the fuel tank, front fender, headlamp cowl as well as engine guard. The major portion of the bike gets an all black theme. A tinge of red colour is visible on the headlight, headlamps, wheels as well as the rear section. Users get equipment like hand guards, radiator protector, and front disk brake calliper cover.
Engine Specifications
The engine of the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is same as the regular edition of the motorcycle. The motorcycle is powered by 197.75cc, Euro-3 compliant, single-cylinder, oil-cooled unit. The engine offers 20.5 PS of maximum power and 18.1 Nm of peak torque. The engine is coupled with a 5-speed gearbox.
While the wheels are 17-inches, the front and back disc brakes are 270mm and 240 mm respectively. In terms of suspension, the front suspension is telescopic forks while the rear is mono-shock.
