Tata offering Harrier, Altroz, Safari with up to Rs 35,000 discount in month of May

Tata Altroz, Harrier and Safari are getting consumer scheme benefits, exchange bonuses, or corporate benefits of up to Rs 35,000 this May.

Tata Motors is offering up to Rs 35,000 discounts and benefits on popular cars and SUVs for the month of May 2023. The Tata Tiago, Tigor, Altroz, Harrier and Safari are available with consumer scheme benefits, exchange bonuses, or corporate benefits this month. However, the Punch, Nexon SUVs, and its electric vehicles are not getting any benefits.

Tata Harrier and Safari

Tata Harrier and the Safari are getting maximum benefits of up to Rs 35,000 this May. The benefits include an exchange discount of Rs 25,000 and a corporate discount of up to Rs 10,000, applicable on all variants. Both the SUVS are not getting any consumer benefit schemes.
The Safari is a diesel-only SUV powered by a single 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel motor paired to either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic. It rivals the likes of the Hyundai Alcazar, MG Hector Plus and Mahindra XUV700.

The Harrier comes with the same powertrain and underpinnings as the Safari and is a spacious, well-built SUV. It takes on the MG Hector and 5-seater XUV700, among others. The Safari currently range between Rs 15.65 lakh-25.02 lakh, while the Harrier has a price tag between Rs 15 lakh-24.07 lakh.

Tata Tigor

Customers can save up to Rs 33,000 on the Tigor this month. Tata Motors is offering the petrol-AMT along with the CNG variants with a consumer scheme benefit of Rs 15,000 and an exchange discount of Rs 10,000. This totals up to Rs 25,000 for the automatic and CNG variants. The petrol-MT variants get a consumer scheme benefits of Rs 20,000. Tata Motors offers up to Rs 30,000 on this variant. Only the petrol versions of the Tigor can be had with an additional corporate discount of Rs 3,000.

The Tigor is offered with an 86hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine paired to either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The Tiago produces 70hp, and comes mated only to a 5-speed manual transmission while running on CNG. The Tigor rivals the likes of Honda Amaze, Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Hyundai Aura. The Tigor is currently priced between Rs 6.30 lakh-8.90 lakh.

Tata Tiago

Tata Motors is offering maximum benefits of up to Rs 30,000 on Tiago this month. The benefits include a consumer scheme benefit of Rs 15,000 and an exchange discount of Rs 10,000 on most variants of the Tiago. The XT, XT Rhythm, NRG manual and XZ+ petrol variants have a consumer benefits worth Rs 20,000, taking total benefits up to Rs 30,000. Meanwhile, the CNG variants have a consumer scheme of Rs 10,000, which means total benefits is worth Rs 20,000 for the CNG variants. Additionally, the CNG variants of the Tiago are also legible for corporate discounts of up to Rs 5,000.
The Tiago has the same powertrain options as its hatchback sibling Tigor sedan. It competes with the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Maruti Suzuki Ignis and the recently facelifted Hyundai Grand i10 Nios. The Tiago is priced between Rs 5.60 lakh-8.11 lakh.

Tata Altroz

This month, Tata Altroz hatchback is getting a total benefits of up to Rs 28,000. The petrol-DCT variants and all diesel variants have benefits of Rs 25,000, which include a consumer benefit scheme of Rs 15,000 and an exchange discount of Rs 10,000. Meanwhile, the petrol-MT has a lesser consumer benefit scheme of Rs 10,000, therefore totalling up to Rs 20,000. All versions of the Altroz are also applicable for up to Rs 3,000 corporate discounts.
The premium hatchback, which rivals the Hyundai i20, Toyota Glanza, and Maruti Suzuki Baleno, gets two petrol and one diesel engine option. The 86hp, 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol, the 90hp, 1.5-litre diesel, and the 110hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine are all paired to a 5-speed manual transmission, while the naturally aspirated engine also gets the 6-speed dual-clutch automatic as an option. The Altroz is currently priced between Rs 6.60 lakh-10.50 lakh.
