The diagnostic check will be conducted by service engineers of Ola.

The battery is subjected to direct and indirect flame for over two minutes.  The battery system used by Ola electric is also complaint to European standard ECE 136.

Recently, an Ola S1 Pro rider from Guwahati met with a fatal accident. The owner and father of the vehicle blamed Ola for the regenerating braking system present in the electric scooter for the accident. However, Ola refuted to the claims of the owner. The company made a thorough investigation of the accident and revealed the detailed report on its official Twitter handle.

The data showed that rider braked in panic and thereby lost control of the vehicle.
