Hero MotorCorp has introduced the updated version of its popular commuter Glamour 125 in India. The new 2024 Glamour model gets cosmetic updates on it. Other than that it is mechanically the same. There has been a revision in the prices of the motorcycle and the new model starts at Rs 83,598 (drum variant). On the other hand, the top variant (front disc variant) gets a price tag of Rs 85,598.
The 2024 Hero Glamour 125 is more expensive by Rs 1000 with the introduction of a new colour scheme. The new color scheme is a new Black metallic Silver paint scheme along with chequered body graphics. The existing color schemes include Candy Blazing Red, Black Sports Red, and Black Techno Blue. Equipment and design-wise the motorcycle remains the same as earlier. There are a few upgrades in equipment including LED headlamps, hazard lights, engine start-stop switch. The motorcycle got a digital instrument console which was the same as the earlier model. Equipment on the motorcycle also includes a USB charging port and Hero’s i3S system for fuel efficiency.
When it comes to the engine of the motorcycle, the 2024 Glamour gets the same 125cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produced 10.68bhp of maximum power and peak torque of 10.6 Nm. The 5-speed gearbox engine offers the same reliability as the earlier. When it comes to brakes, the front wheel gets a disc brake while the rear gets a drum brake. In terms of suspension, we get telescopic forks at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear.
