Dhenkanal: A tusker has been found dead in a mango orchard in Dhenkanal district of Odisha on Sunday.
According to reports, the locals spotted the body of a tusker lying in a mango orchard at Gobinda prasad village under Sadar forest range of Dhenkanal.
The incident was immediately reported to the Forest department and the Gobinda prasad police.
The team has recovered the body and sent it for post mortem. The orchard owner has been detained by the police and is being questioned.
