7th Pay Commission Latest Updates: Now These Government Employees Get Bonus Gift

Maharashtra Government has given bonus of more than one lakh electricity employees during the festive season. It has been announced by the state’s Energy Minister Nitin Raut. According to Raut, employees working in public sector power companies will get the benefit.

This decision of the state government has come at a time when the employees of these companies had warned to go on strike. According to Raut’s spokesperson, the minister has announced the bonus but the information has not been shared as to how much will they get.

The announcement will benefit the employees of transmission company Mahatransco, distribution company MSEDCL and power generation company Mahagenco. Employees of these companies threatened to go on strike if the bonus was not paid. Last year, employees of the three companies were given a bonus of Rs 9,000-15,000.

Declaration of bonus to employees of these states too: Rajasthan government has given Diwali bonus to 7.30 lakh employees on November 9 itself. At the same time, Uttarakhand government has also given the gift of Diwali bonus to about one and a half lakh employees. Non-gazetted employees, daily wage earners, corporation employees will directly benefit from this. Apart from this, the Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh had also given bonus to 15 lakh workers.
