Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police has asked a Nigerian national, who has been reportedly living here allegedly with an expired visa, to Quit India’ by June 16.
Bhubaneswar DCP Anup Sahoo said that Goodness Thomsen Igoi, the Nigerian national, has been asked to leave India June 16.
According to reports, the Kharavela Nagar Police had initiated an investigation after Igoi filed a complaint alleging that his passport had been missing. However, during the probe, cops came to know that the validity of Nigerian’s visa has already expired six months back.
The City Police had also contacted the Nigerian Embassy to find out the identity of Igoi.
