The enthusiastic fans of the Master Blaster gathered on the spot from different parts of the city to celebrate his birthday.
Sachin, who was born on April 24, 1973 in Bombay (now Mumbai) Maharashtra, is currently associated with IPL franchise Mumbai Indians.
Having tormented the bowlers throughout his 24-year-long cricketing career, Sachin has earned the respect of almost every player he played against.
The Little Master, who donned the No 10 jersey in ODIs for the better part of his illustrious career, smashed virtually every record in the book and scored runs in every continent against any team he faced before ending an astounding career on November 14, 2013.
