Keonjhar: At least three persons including a couple sustained critical injuries after a swarm of bees attacked them in Thakurapada village under Harichandanpur block in the district on Sunday.
The injured have been identified as Bijay Purty and Jamuna Purty of Panganal village and Chandamani of Taladihi village.
The bee attack took place while the victim trio was in Thakurapada village in some work and unknowingly disturbed a comb set up at a lonely place.
The victims were immediately rushed to the Harichandanpur Community Health Centre (CHC) following the incident where they are under treatment now.
