Cuttack: The Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha Crime Branch has arrested two sharpshooters over their alleged links with arrested gangster Syed Usman Ali alias Tito.
Informing about their arrest, Himanshu Lal STF DIG, said that Sk Sayed and Babula Pati have been arrested.
Sources informed that more than 25 cases including those of murder and extortion are pending against the duo at several police stations, sources said.
The STF, on the other hand, interrogated Rakesh Patnaik, Labour Union Leader of Paradip today over his links with Tito.
Notably, gangster Tito, who was arrested on June 30 following an encounter, is currently on his third phase remand of the STF.
