Rayagada: Sunanda Jhodia, a tribal youth from Kashipur block of Rayagada district, has qualified in the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2016 with 1064th rank.
Sunanda, a resident of Badamari Bhatta village in Kashipur, had completed his schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Sunanda, Koraput. He later pursued Engineering at IIT, Dhanbad.
