Rituparna Mangaraj, a Lecturer at Maharishi College of Commerce & Management approached the CM for a selfie on the sidelines of release of a book on Biju Babu at the CM’s Office on 3rd Floor at the Secretariat.
The CM did not disappoint her and allowed her to take the selfie with a “cute & innocent” smile, as described by his fans. “Such a great Chief Minister” were the words of Rituparna, who looked happy and ecstatic to get a ‘Selfie with Naveen’.
Of late, the CM can be seen mingling with people, interacting with them and taking selfies. Call it branding or image makeover, he has been successful in striking a chord with the people.
