Plus Two admission begins; to continue till June 19

Plus Two cut off marksBhubaneswar: The first phase of admissions into Plus Two courses begun at all the government and private-run junior colleges across the state from Friday.

The process of admission began  in 1583 junior colleges from 11 am.

A total of 4,13,170 students had filled the forms for the Plus Two courses out of which, 3,22,167 students, including two transgenders, were selected in the first phase. The merit list was published on June 13.

As many as 2,1871 students were selected in the Arts steam, 85,569 in Science and 21,821 in Commerce stream.

The applicants selected in the first round can be enrolled in the colleges till June 19.

The second phase merit list will be announced on June 22 and admissions for this phase will be held from June 24 to 28.

The third round selection merit list will be published on July 3 and admissions for the same will take place from July 5 to 6.

Classes for all three streams will begin from July 6.
