Odisha: Morning School from April 2

Bhubaneswar: With a view to mitigate possible heat wave during the summer, Odisha government on Friday ordered to conduct morning classes in all schools across the state from April 2.

As per the Government order, timing of all classes is rescheduled between 6.30 AM to 10.30 AM in all government and private-run schools of the State from 2nd April, 2018.

The schools will not be opened beyond 11 AM, while the MDM will be served at I0 AM.

The new academic session 2018-19 will begin from April 3 and April 2 will be observed as ‘Pravesh Utsav’.

Head Masters were asked to make provision of drinking water in the schools where the tube wells are not available. They were also instructed to advise the students to come to the school with Umbrella and water bottle during the summer season.
