Odisha Matric Exam-2018 Results: CM Naveen Congratulates students

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday congratulated all the 10th standard students who matriculated today.

The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) today declared the results of the annual High School Certificate Examinations (HSCE) with 76.23% pass percentage.

“Congratulate all proud students who matriculated today. Your achievement today is result of your hard work as well as support & sacrifices of your parents. Best wishes to you all,” said Patnaik on his twitter handle.


As many as 1,715 students have scored A1 while 15,689 students have scored A2. Likewise 39,252 candidates have scored B1 and 68,009 students have scored B2.

While 429 schools have registered 100% results, none of the students passed in 36 schools.

Balasore district recorded the highest 88.15 % pass rate while Malkangiri reported the lowest at 59.32%.
