Odisha HSC Supplementary Exams begin today

Cuttack: The High School Certificate (HSC) supplementary examinations, conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), began in Odisha on Friday. The examinations will conclude on June 29.

BSE Controller of Examinations, Nihar Ranjan Mohanty stated that as many as 26,643 students are appearing for the examinations at 100 centres across the state.

The evaluation of examination papers will begin from July 6 and the results will be released on the last week of July, he added.

Students, who will clear the supplementary examinations, can take admission into Plus II streams in the current academic session.

Meanwhile, the Board has taken adequate measures to curb any malpractice in and outside the examination centres in the state.
