Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik turned 72 on Monday and wishes kept on flooding for him from across the partyline. While Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished Naveen good health on his twitter handle, he was followed by Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
Taking to his twitter handle Modi wrote: “Birthday wishes to Odisha CM Shri Naveen Patnaik. I pray that he leads a long life blessed with good health. @Naveen_Odisha.”
Similarly, known to be a strong supporter of Naveen Patanaik, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee took to social media and wished him health and happiness.
Mamata wrote: “Happy birthday Naveen babu @Naveen_Odisha Wishing you good health and happiness.”
Union Petroleum Minister also wished Naveen on his birthday and chose to wish him both in Odia and English on Twitter.
Dharmendra wrote on his twitter handle: “Warm birthday greetings to Chief Minister of Odisha Shri @Naveen_Odisha Babu. May god bless him with good health and long life.”

Among other’s renowned educationist and founder of KISS and KIIT Dr. Achyuta Samanta wished Naveen Happy Birthday on twitter and wrote prayers of 25,000 students of KIIS are with him.

Notably, Naveen had not celebrated his 71st birthday last year in a bid to pay respect to the martyr jawans who had laid down their lives fighting terrorists in J&K. No celebration had been organized by BJD workers and leaders last year.
