New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who was nominated by Indian Cricket skipper Virat Kohli for the fitness challenge, on Wednesday tweeted a video of his morning exercises and passed on the challenge to newly elected Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, Commonwealth Game medalist Manika Batra and Indian Police Service (IPS) officers.
In the video, the Prime Minister can be seen walking on a circular track inspired by panchtatvas or five elements of nature: prithvi, agni, jal, vayu, aakash. After the walk, the he can be seen doing stretching exercises against a rock.

Responding to Modi’s fitness challenge, Kumaraswamy said he was more concerned about “development fitness” of Karnataka and sought the Prime Minister’s support for the same.

The fitness challenge was started by Union Minister Raghavendra Rathore who put up a fitness challenge video and urged people to keep fit and post their videos online.
