Keonjhar: A man sustained burn injuries throughout his body as his house was gutted in fire after lightning struck it at Jhanajhana village under Hatadihi block of the district this morning.
The injured man has been rushed to a nearby hospital. His condition is said to be critical.
The incident has caused panic among the locals as the area is witnessing Nor’wester rain accompanied with thunderstorm since this morning.
After getting information, police have arrived on the spot for investigation into the matter.
