JEE Main results, cut off for JEE Advance Test declared

The Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) declared the results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main on Thursday.

Around 12 lakh students had appeared the test across the country. As many as 46,500 students from Odisha had written the examination which was held online as well as offline. While the offline exam was conducted on April 2, the online exam was conducted on April 8 and April 9.

Around two lakh and twenty thousand students who have cleared the test will write the JEE Advance test on May 21 and the result will be declared on June 11.

Meanwhile the cut off marks for the test have also been declared.  For the General category the cut off mark is 81%, for the OBC 49% and for the SC it is 32% while for the ST students the cut off mark is 27%.
