Bhubaneswar: After a draw against Australia and loss versus England, the Indian hockey team would be looking to win their third and final pool match against pool toppers Germany on Monday.
India are currently lodged at the bottom of the pool with only one point in two matches. After a surprise start against the defending champions Australia in their opener, where India drew the game 1-1, the home team was error-prone against England in their second match.
On the other hand, Germany have four points in their kitty after winning against England and settling for a draw against the Aussies.
Irrespective of the win or loss, India, like all the teams have qualified into the quarter-finals, owing to the game format.
