High alert has been sounded on Odisha-Chhattisgarh border following the Sukma encounter where 25 CRPF jawans were killed by the Maoists.
CRPF jawans along with police officials are checking each and every individual and vehicle crossing the border and have a kept a strict vigil on the situation.
Combing operation has also been intensified in the area amidst the reports that some Maoists might have sneaked into Odisha soon after the Sukma attack. Security has been beefed up in all the Maoist affected districts of Odisha.
