Puri: Anticipating huge rush of devotees in Puri during the upcoming Ratha Jatra which kicks off on June 25, the East Coast Railway (ECoR) has decided to run 186 special trains to the Pilgrim city.
As per the information given by GM, East Coast Railways, apart from 186 special trains, 36 additional ticket counters will also be set up at Puri Railway Station to help the passengers.
Security will be tightened across Puri Railway Station with the deployment of 2200 police personnel, 60 CCTV cameras and 2 drones. All efforts will be made to ensure passengers’ safety and wellbeing during Ratha Jatra.
