The Chief Minister, who met the MPs on the third day of his five-day visit to the national capital, also asserted that there is no any intra-party conflict in BJD.
“My meeting with the party MPs was successful. There are no differences within the party. The interest of the state will be above everything. The MPs will work in co-ordination and would continue to raise relevant issues in the Parliament,” said Patnaik post his meeting with the Parliamentarians at Sansad Bhawan here.
Sources said, Naveen asked the MPs to refrain from giving statements before the media over any party matter.
According to reports, all MPs except Rajya Sabha MP Dilip Tirkey were present at the meeting. Tirkey did not attend the meeting citing health reasons.
