BPUT declares schedules of exams which were postponed due to Bharat Bandh

Bhubaneswar: The city-based Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) on Tuesday declared timetables for the semester examinations which were postponed due to Bharat Bandh yesterday.

As per the new schedule, the semester examinations of Bachelor of Pharmacy students will be held on April 9 while the Bachelor of Architecture test will be conducted on April 10. Likewise, the Bachelor of Technology students of the BPUT will write their semester exam on April 18.

The BPUT officials had cancelled all the semester examination which were scheduled to be held yesterday in view of the all-India strike by the dalits against the alleged dilution of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
