BJP to hold two-day national executive meeting in city

Bhubaneswar, Mar 25: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will hold a two-day national executive meeting in the city here on April 15 and 16.
Many heavyweight leaders of the saffron party along with the Chief Ministers of the BJP-ruled states will attend the national executive meeting.
“The Union leaders of the party have decided to thank the people of Odisha for their support in the recent three-tier Panchyat polls in the state. So, the party will hold its two-day national executive meeting in Bhubaneswar on April 15 and 16,” said Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan while speaking to reporters here on Saturday.
According to Pradhan, many heavyweight leaders of the saffron party including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president Amit Shah, Union Minsters – Rajnath Singh, Arun Jaitley, M Venkaiah Naidu and Sushma Swaraj are slated to attend the meeting.
Senior BJP leaders LK Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi are also scheduled to take part in the meeting.
All the Chief Ministers of the BJP-ruled states will also attend the party’s national executive meeting.
