Bhubaneswar: BJP President Amit Shah will arrive on a two-day visit to Odisha today to take part in various programmes of the saffron party.
During his visit, Shah will address the farmers in a public meeting at Lal Bahadur Shashtri Stadium in Bhawanipatna of Kalahandi district. Besides, he will visit Maa Manikeshwari Temple and offer prayers to the deity.
The BJP chief will also address a Vistarak Meeting and Core-Group Meeting at Hotel Bhagirathi Inn in Bhawanipatna. Later, he will meet the members of the State Core Group, State Office Bearers, Parliamentary Constituencies, District In-charge, District President, State Morcha General Secretary and all party MLAs in the same hotel.
On Thursday, the second day of his visit, Shah is slated to visit Saintala village in Baniband of Balangir district at around 9.30 AM and Degaon village at 11 AM.
Shah will also address a Yuva Maha Samavesh at Kaushal Kala Mandal field in Balangir at 12.30 PM. He will then attend the ‘bhoomi pujan’ of the BJP’s Balangir district office.
