Kendrapara: Three young couples were detained by the Town Police which conducted a surprise raid on a hotel in Kendrapara on Wednesday.
According to sources, the six love birds had booked rooms in the BCM Plaza hotel here by giving false identity, which the Town Police came to know after conducting a surprise raid on the hotel. Police questioned them on the spot and later detained them for providing false identity to the hotel owner.
All of them are said to be the residents of Kendrapara, added the sources.
Further investigation into the incident is underway.
