Bhubaneswar: Odisha-born Actress Leslie Tripathy, who is often referred as a ‘Beauty with a Brain’, will soon be seen in a Kollywood movie. A teaser of the folm was released recently. The 1.14 seconds teaser of the Tamil movie, depicts the story of a secret society called Illuminati.
Leslie plays the character of Mohamaayini aka Moha in the Tamil movie Idhu Vedhalam Sollum Kathai. The star cast of the movie includes Bollywood actor Abhay Deol, Ashwin Kakumanu, Guru Somasundaram and Aishwarya Rajesh.
This is Leslie’s second South Indian movie after Chusinodiki Chusinantha (Telugu). After moving out of Odisha, she made Mumbai her base. She played the role of a rape victim in Bollywood movie, ‘W’ in 2014.
