Mumbai: Superstar Amitabh Bachchan will commence shooting for Kaun Banega Crorepati’s season 10 from today. The show will be filmed at grand set erected at the Reliance Studio in Filmcity, Mumbai.
According to a report published by indianexpress.com, the first episode will be rolled on Saturday and the season will once again see a healthy mix of commoners and celeb contestants. KBC is important for Sony TV and the channel has high hopes from the show this season. It was also reported that the basic format of the show has been maintained though few changes have been incorporated to make the game more fun. The show will be a short season of about six weeks.”
It has also been reported that KBC 10’s press conference will be held towards the end of this month and the game show will go on air either on September 3 or 10.
Before the commencement of the shoot, Big B shared pictures of himself on the KBC sets on Twitter. He posted, “T 2903 –

Earlier, two promos of Kaun Banega Crorepati were released on Sony TV with a themeline “Kab Tak Rokoge.” The promos showcased the unwavering spirit of a common man and further gave an inkling that the new season will see many contestants who have struggled through numerous hardships in life. Notably, the two-week registration process for KBC 10 had started on June 6 during which questions were announced on TV as well as the SonyLiv app every night. Contestants have been selected for the final round through a computer screening process. However, only a lucky few will get the chance to sit on the hotseat in front of Big B in the game show.
