The lock/ power key and volume controls have been placed on the right side of the handset. One can also trace a USB Type-C and a speaker grille, with no 3.5mm headphone jack. According to sources, both the smartphones will possess a 4,000mAh battery and are expected to run Android.

Interestingly, BlackBerry had earlier its KEY2 model in India last month which was priced at Rs. 42,990. This model had 4.5-inch full-HD panel along with a physical QWERTY keyboard on the bottom. Other key features included a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, fingerprint sensor on spacebar key and a dual rear camera setup with two 12-megapixel sensors.
