Bhubaneswar: Odisha Energy Minister Prafulla Mallick has declared the State as power surplus, ruling out any power crisis. He also claimed that electricity would be available to all in Odisha by 2019.
According to Mr. Mallick, 47,000 out of 47,677 villages in the State, have been electrified so far. He informed that 100 new sub-stations have been set up across Odisha.
