Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan wished the people of the state on the occasion of Rahja festival on Wednesday.
“Raja is a unique tradition related with the blessings of mother earth for good crop cultivation and a festival being observed by girls and women,” said the CM on his Twitter account.
The Union Petroleum Minister also wished happiness and prosperity to the people of Odisha on the occasion.
Many other Ministers of the state, including Pratap Jena, Surjya Narayan Patro and Ananta Das, also conveyed their greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of the three-day-long festival.
