Rayagada, Mar 18: Mao poster and banners were found in Parasali area of Niyamgiri in the district on Saturday.
According to sources, the Mao posters and banners were seen in front of the Panchayat office here.
The red rebels through the posters have demanded for facilitation of drinking water and education system in the area.
This apart, they have warned the locals not to act as police informers or else to face the dire consequences.
