BJP’s National Spokesperson Sambit Patra on Sunday said that people of Odisha will immensely get benefit from the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill.
Speaking exclusively to Kalinga TV, Patra said, “Food and essential commodities will be cheaper due to the GST Bill. Odisha will be largely benefitted from it.”
The BJP’s National Spokesperson also claimed that the Union government believes in the principle of Sabka Saath, SabkaVikas (collective efforts, inclusive growth) and focuses on the upliftment of the backward class.
“Modi government focuses on the upliftment of the backward class across the country and around 60 percent people in Odisha will be benefitted from the pro-poor schemes of the Union government,” he added.
