Dr Achyuta Samanta to get Utkal Siksha Ratna Samman-2017
Dr Achyuta Samanta, founder of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) will be conferred with the Utkal Siksha Ratna Samman-2017 for his outstanding contribution in the field of education in the state.
According to reports, Dr Samanta will get the award at a glitter ceremony scheduled to be organized by the Sanskriti O Sanskriti, an organization, in association with the Odisha Cine Cricket Association at Utkal Mandap in Bhubaneswar on April 15.
A cultural programme will also be organized where many eminent artists will perform songs and dances.
